How this site handles your information

This page explains what Plainclause Law PLLC collects through this website and how it’s used.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, any phone or company name you give, and your message. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages visited, to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use what you send to reply, check for conflicts of interest and prepare a quote. We don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who host the site and deliver our email, under agreements that limit their use of it, or where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don’t become matters are deleted after two years. Client files are kept as our professional rules require.
