Contracts, drafted and redlined

Customer agreements, vendor terms, consulting contracts and commercial leases, reviewed or written from a blank page.

When we review, you get the agreement back with tracked changes and a note beside each one: why it matters, and how hard to push. When we draft, we start from how your business actually sells, not from a form.

We’ll also tell you when a clause is fine as it is. Not every term is worth a round of negotiation.

Agreements we work on

  • Master services and consulting agreements

  • Terms of service and privacy terms for an online business

  • Supplier, distribution and reseller agreements

  • Commercial leases and lease renewals

  • Nondisclosure and non-solicitation agreements

How a review runs

Most reviews come back within five business days.

  1. 01

    Step 1: Send the draft

Upload it after we confirm the quote, with a line on what worries you.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Redline and memo

Tracked changes, and a short memo ranking what to raise.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Walk-through call

Thirty minutes to go through it before you reply.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Their reply

One more round on the other side’s response is included.

Contract fees

Priced per agreement, quoted before you send it.

  • Contract review

One agreement of up to 25 pages, marked up with a plain note beside every change we suggest.

    • A redline of the full agreement
    • A short memo: what to push on, what to let go
    • A 30-minute call to walk through it
    • One round of revisions after their reply
    • Negotiating directly with the other side
    Term:
    Billed per contract

    Longer agreements quoted first

  • Contract drafting

A new agreement written for your business: terms of service, a master services agreement, a consulting contract.

    • A first draft from a short intake call
    • Two rounds of revisions
    • A plain-English summary for your team
    • Negotiation with the other side
    Term:
    Billed per agreement

Our fees cover the legal work. State filing fees, registered agent service and other third-party costs are passed through at cost and listed in your quote.

Contract questions

Will you talk to the other side for us?

Under the review fee you send the redline yourself. We can join negotiation calls at a quoted add-on fee.

What counts as one contract?

One agreement and its exhibits. A master agreement with a separate statement of work is two.

Can you rush it?

Often, yes. Ask when you write; a rush is quoted separately and never assumed.

Have a contract on your desk?

Send us the page count and a line on what it’s for. We’ll quote it the same week.

The first call is free and doesn’t make us your lawyers; an engagement letter does.
